Meet the Instructor:
Isabella Maroon
Isabella Maroon is a ceramic artist/sculptor based in Pittsburgh,PA. While working towards a BFA from The School of The Art Institute of Chicago, Maroon studied abroad at The Central Academy of Fine Arts, Beijing, where the fusion of eastern and western art became a major influence. After receiving a BFA in 2018, Maroon then went to Cranbrook Academy of Art and obtained an MFA in ceramics. Maroon's work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally, and has been featured in publications such as The Design Edit, Wallpaper*, Design Miami, and Deezen.
