Learn the solid build technique to make a sculpture of an animal in a fun pose! Decorate with underglazes like never before! Come to class with an animal in mind and reference photos. We sculpt in 3D so have multiple angles of the animal. Printed is preferred, on your phone is okay too.

Use the coil building method to make a mug! By stacking row upon row of rolled out clay, you can build up the perfect mug for your coffee or tea!
Hand rolling coils is a great way to use gentle rhythmic movement to soothe the body or release rage. We’ll then build those coils up into a vessel. By scoring and attaching each coil, you can control the form as it grows in height.
Slabs are flat pieces of clay that in this class you will connect to make a small box for keeping your treasures!
